This steaks are lean, flavourful, and responsibly raised. Our Comfort Farms sirloin steak comes from grass-fed cattle with less than 5% grain finishing. The beef is non-GMO fed, raised with no added hormones, no antibiotics, and no vaccines.

Sirloin is a naturally lean cut, making it a great everyday steak. Because of this, it responds especially well to marinating or slow cooking, both of which help improve tenderness and bring out its rich, beefy flavour. A simple marinade with oil, herbs, and a touch of acid works beautifully, or cook low and slow for a more tender, comforting result.
