Materials:
Up to a maximum of 1 yard of nutrient rich soil, seedlings & bonus seeds
(If more soil is needed, you can order more after the initial assessment). Chicken wire for compost bin, as well as straw.
Package A comes with:
A 20 minute initial assessment phone call and email exchange. This is where we help set you in motion. We then offer a variety of vegetable and herb seeds and seedlings to choose from. Next we either help you install a ($875) or you install ($695) 6 foot to 8 foot in diameter keyhole garden bed (1) for growing food. We show up with the seedlings and seeds needed as well as the soil and if end up choosing the package where we help you install it, we will teach you a ton about growing while we do it. Either way we will provide step by step instructions to get you started.
You can also add two site visits to anywhere in Niagara* if you'd like us to return twice throughout the season to help you learn more, (an additional $225). This is a great way to keep in touch and ask us specific questions so you can learn more.
A lot can be done with a keyhole bed. You can make it as fancy or as plain as you'd like. It is a simple garden bed, that just makes sense. For more information on keyhole beds please google the term.
