too tough, not fluffy, hard to spread, would not rise
not great, doesn't spread properly on the cookie sheet, bounces back once you spread it, not fluffy, not recommended

Great dough
We have tried different store bought doughs and none are as good as this , we love it , we buy a bunch for the freezer and take one out in the morning for a quick meal for dinner, just as easy as a premade pizza we love it
