Slow cook for 12–24 hours to draw out collagen, minerals, and flavour — or roast the marrow and use it as-is. This is the kind of product people keep in the freezer and use every week.
Each bag is a minimum of 3lbs, now $5 a pound.
As always our products are antibiotic and hormone free.
