We have been breeding exclusively for A2A2 genetics for the past 5 years and have tested our herd for A2. We are the first in Canada to produce 100% Milk free from A1 proteins.

I can't drink the milk available in stores, and even if I could, it doesn't taste like milk. I can drink all of the milk from Small Scale Farms with no adverse effects. I grew up next to a dairy farm....their milk tastes like milk.
