Hawaii's rich volcanic soil and abundant rainfall combine to produce the world’s finest macadamia nuts. Our macadamias are grown using environmentally friendly cultivation practices, and without the use of potentially harmful insecticides or fungicides. The Macadamia nuts are grown and harvested through a collective of over 300 independent local island farmers.

Macadamia nuts are high in monounsaturated fatty acid (“good fat”) which helps reduce overall cholesterol levels. They contain flavonoids (a phytochemical) and tocopherols (vitamin E), which aid in protecting against cancer and heart disease. Macadamia nut oil contains Omega 3 fatty acid, known to reduce the risk of heart disease and high blood pressure. The macadamia nut is one of the few foods that contain Palmitoleic acid, a monounsaturated fatty acid. Palmitoleic acid may aid in fat metabolism, possibly reducing stored body fat.
As a natural, whole food, macadamia nuts, specifically, contain antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals with significant health-boosting potential. They contain high amounts of vitamin B1 and magnesium, and just one serving nets 58 percent of what you need in manganese and 23 percent of the recommended daily value of thiamin.
