  • Please dress appropriately for all potential weather conditions and wear closed toe shoes.
  • Live animals are present at all times, please ensure you are respectful of their needs and surroundings.
  • Rain or shine – no refunds unless your tour is cancelled due to heavy rain or thunderstorms, etc.
  • Please arrive up to 15 minutes before your tour begins. We will not wait for anyone late
  • Pets are not allowed on site.
