Each bag is guaranteed a minimum of 7 lbs total weight.
*Beef tenderloin is the most expensive cut of meat on the steer. A trimmed center-cut tenderloin can run you as much as $25 to $30 per pound at the butcher, - and this is cattle raised on non gmo feed, with no hormones or drugs. For local, organically raised meat, this is a great deal!
