For Tacos: Brown the ground beef, then sauté the onions, peppers, and garlic. Fill the tallow wraps with the beef mixture and Sheldon Creek cheese curds, then fold and lightly fry in a hot pan until the outside is golden and crispy and the cheese is warm and melty. Top with fresh diced tomatoes and sliced avocado before serving.
For Burritos: Brown the ground beef, then sauté the onions, peppers, and garlic. Fill the tallow wraps with the beef mixture, Sheldon Creek cheese curds, diced tomatoes, and sliced avocado. Roll tightly into burritos, then lightly toast them in a hot pan until the outside is golden and crispy and the cheese is warm and melty.
