Lincoln Line Orchard's apple cider is made from five varieties of apples that are washed, cut, and ground into an "apple mash" similar to applesauce. The mash is then pressed into fresh juice. Cider is raw apple juice that has not undergone a filtration process to remove coarse particles of pulp or sediment.
Lincoln Line Orchards is a family-run fruit farm, operated by the Bosman family since 2000. Owners, Peter and Mary, began apple farming while raising their six children. As their kids grew up, they all helped on the farm and at farm markets. Presently their two children, Ron and Tina, work the operations full time.
