Whispering Meadows pork fast-fry cutlets are cut from the loin of their pastured certified organic hogs.
Our animals are naturally-raised without antibiotics or synthetic hormones, on free-range pasture with organically-grown feed. Their meat is hung to dry-age for three weeks before cutting by hand into individual cuts.
Please note: Cutlets are packaged to be as close to 1 pound as possible.
